30-Day Glow Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund — no questions asked.

Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Both opened and unopened products are eligible under our 30-day guarantee
• Gift cards are non-refundable

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In addition to our 30-day guarantee, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, notify us by email before the 14-day period expires.

How to Return

1. Email hello@lune-beauty.co with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm your return and send you the return address within 24 hours
3. Ship your item to the provided address at your own cost — we do not provide return labels
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Refunds

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
