We want your LUNE to arrive quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

US Delivery

Free delivery on all US orders. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: LUNE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Delivery times are estimates only.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active on the carrier's website.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch (US) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at hello@lune-beauty.co and we will investigate immediately.
